Healthcare | Senior Architectural Project Leader
Qualified candidates for the Senior Architectural Project Leader position must have a minimum of eight years of experience with a heavy concentration in healthcare projects. The position requires professional leadership within our firm and local design community, direct interface with our clients, management and supervision of multiple projects. It also requires proficient knowledge of Revit, building codes, specification writing and construction administration. Candidates must have an engaging personality with strong communications skills and be highly attentive to detail.
Architectural Studio Assistant
Randall-Paulson Architects is interviewing for an architectural studio assistant with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in an office setting. Experience with commercial construction related work is a plus.
Candidates must have an Associate or Bachelor degree from an accredited institution. Excellent communication and writing skills required. Microsoft Word and Excel proficiency required. Candidates must have an engaging personality with strong communications skills and be highly attentive to detail.
The primary focus of this position is monthly billing, project and consultant data entry into accounting system, accounts receivable statement mailing, collection activities, and miscellaneous accounting department tasks as needed.
3 -5 years minimum working in a design firm environment Required (ie. Architecture, Engineering, Interior Design).
Experience with Deltek “Vision” is preferred (but not required); plus, basic knowledge of Microsoft Office/Excel.
