At RPA it is a culture of openness, shared ideas, and teamwork. This approach enhances project communication, design acumen, team collaboration, and team performance. We are an open-armed family that works hard, and are always looking to find ways to give back to our community. Whatever our charitable contribution may be we take pride in doing it together.
We practice open-book management, a style of management which provides on-going information to each employee on company performance. RPA also hosts biannual retreats to share information, as well as to motivate and train employees.
