The project includes 9,607 SF of administrative spaces, including a lobby, kitchen, breakroom, conference rooms, and office areas. Also included is 66,321 SF of manufacturing space that is used for producing aluminum and chemical products for automotive parts and 13,039 SF of warehouse and distribution space.
