Phoenix Systems, a residential and commercial systems design and installation company, commissioned RPA to provide a new building to house offices, a warehouse, and showrooms.

The building contains 19,000 SF warehouse area for deploying their fleet of technicians and installers. The office area is 24,000 SF and includes a training room, offices, grand lobby, personalized home theaters, conference room, and the design center containing the latest technological components for building systems. The new showroom provides a visual experience for home comforts that include security, audio/visual, and smart technology in helping customers choose a turnkey solution for their needs.
