The UPS Sandy Creek Hub is a 1,100,000 SF facility with multiple accessory buildings to service it on the complex including two guardhouses, two wash tunnels, a full automotive service shop, a pedestrian bridge, and a retail center. Inside the main hub is a complex distribution of conveyor systems that run through the building’s core, corridor, and fingers. It has a 3-story main office with an observation deck and is accompanied by nineteen other office complexes scattered through the hub. This hub can service semi-trailers, box trucks (inside), and air containers in the designated pit. The building also contains a full cafeteria for its employees.
