The renovation for RPA’s office at the Historic Mill in Roswell, Georgia sought to modernize core spaces while preserving and highlighting the historical charm inherent to the building. The modifications included a complete overhaul and relocation of the break room, a customized design library with ample layout space & upgraded technology, unique conference spaces and storage solutions, and updated cosmetic finishes in select locations throughout the office.

• Custom recessed linear fixtures with tuneability for designers to utilize when selecting finishes
• 14’ high floating shelves with a rolling ladder in the design library
• Updated cosmetic finishes throughout the front office
• Custom millwork in the design library for project finish storage & selection
• Beams, columns & supports were left exposed to maintain the character of the space
