As President and co-founder of Randall-Paulson Architects, Alex brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the forefront with his 40-plus years practicing architecture. His high energy, passion, and attention to detail bring a fresh and exciting approach to all aspects of design and running an architectural business. His focus is primarily on hospitality, mixed-use/retail, office, healthcare, and special commercial projects, and is responsible for the design and renovation of several award-winning commercial projects.  He enjoys connecting people and making new relationships.

When Alex is not at the office or out meeting folks, he is enjoying life with family and friends and traveling.

In keeping with the RPA culture and spirit of giving back and doing good for the community, Alex serves and supports several local nonprofit organizations including Sunshine on a Ranney Day, The Drake House, CHOA, the Ronald MacDonald House, and Open Hand Atlanta.

Alex is a member of the American Institute of Architects, the International Council of Shopping Centers, the Urban Land Institute, the Roswell CVB, Roswell NEXT, and a past Commissioner of the Roswell Historic District Preservation Commission.

Ein gebürtiger Deutscher and Georgia Southern University alumni, Alicia is an enthusiastic designer who thrives to create spaces that will positively impact people’s daily environments. She is eager to consistently broaden her knowledge and skill set in the design and architectural field to become the ultimate “Jack of all Trades.” She contributes to all phases of a design, coordinates continuing education opportunities, and contributes to RPA’s cultural initiatives.

In her free time, she is a full-time dog mom to her high-energy GSP mix, and they love enjoying the outdoors together.

Aliza is a graduate of the Georgia Institute of Technology, Master of Architecture program. As a Senior Project Leader, she is responsible for coordinating projects in the Commercial and Healthcare sectors through all stages of design and project completion. She utilizes her education and years of experience to grow her leadership skills. Aliza is a passionate designer who is consistently seeking ways to expand her knowledge and skillset to address the challenges ahead.

In her free time, Aliza enjoys traveling, craft cocktails, and spending time with her dog Bailey.

Amanda’s experience and current focus include high-end residential, industrial, and distribution facility design. She contributes to schematic designs, developing and coordinating construction documents with consultants through construction administration. She also attends business development events for the Nashua office. With her Masters from Boston Architectural College, she is progressing toward obtaining her license while continuing to expand her skill set.

Amanda has over fourteen years of administrative experience with eight of those years in the AEC Industry.  She supports the architectural, interior design, and administrative staff.  She is responsible for contracts and proposals, processing and maintaining shop drawing records, document coordination, and other job-related correspondence.  In her free time, Amanda loves spending time with family and friends and vacationing at the beach.

A native of New Jersey, Andrew has gradually made his way toward warmer weather as he studied architecture at The Catholic University of America in D.C. and then the University of Tennessee in Knoxville. Along the way, he has accumulated over seven years of design experience in sectors including multi-family, higher-ed, and healthcare. As a current member of RPA’s manufacturing and industrial teams, Andrew works one-on-one with the client to facilitate designs and deliver an excellent product.

In his free time, he enjoys studying history, backpacking, and exploring Atlanta.

Angelique brings more than seventeen years of design experience with various project types including hospitality, retail, educational, healthcare, mixed-use, high-rise construction, and governmental design work.  As a Senior Project Leader, she is responsible for coordinating projects through all stages of design and project completion. Angelique effectively coordinates complex projects and has the ability to communicate design intent between owner, client, and consultants successfully.

In her free time, Angelique enjoys spending time with her family and traveling.  She loves the ocean, the Caribbean scene, taking cruises, and all things boat related.

Bethany received her Bachelor of Science in Interior Design from the University of Alabama. With more than five years of experience, she is a passionate designer who loves to have a positive impact on how people interact with their daily environments. She contributes to schematic design, space planning, construction documents, and finish selections. Her current project focus is in our healthcare sector.

In Bethany’s spare time, she loves to find new antique stores around the city and find hidden treasures she can flip.

Brian is an experienced architectural designer and project coordinator in the construction industry. His education and experience has provided him the knowledge and real-world application to meet and exceed the professional demands of various clients and types of projects. Brian has more than ten years of experience in the field of architecture and construction, and understands all aspects that a project entails from schematic design to project closeout.  Brian has worked on various project types from new construction, renovations, and rebranding. Project types include Residential, Religious, Commercial, Retail, Industrial, Government, and Healthcare.

As a Senior Project Leader at RPA, Brian is responsible for the project from design to final punch list.  He is responsible for project coordination with the client, contractors, and consultants on a daily basis.  Some of Brian’s additional responsibilities include client meetings, bidding, site visits, field reports, pay applications,  internal quality control, and scratch bidding.

Brian is a member of NCARB (National Council of Architectural Registration Boards).

Caroline is responsible for all phases of projects ranging from initial schematic design, drafting and construction documents through construction administration. She works to produce designs that are attentive to detail, well-coordinated and meet the client’s needs and aesthetic. She is a visionary designer specializing in crafting immersive, human-centered spaces that seamlessly blend functionality and aesthetics. Caroline thrives on transforming concepts into dynamic environments that inspire creativity and connection.

With a family of architects, general contractors, and engineers, Channing developed a passion for design and architecture at a young age. A Cumming native and University of Georgia alumni, Channing has experience in workplace, tenant/landlord, government, education, hospitality, and industrial projects. She strives to artfully combine technical design, client expectations, and creative expression.

In her free time, she enjoys exploring the city with friends and visiting her family’s farm.

Cody is a graduate of Florida A&M University School of Architecture. In his three years with Randall-Paulson, Cody has worked on over 6 million square feet of industrial projects in various phases of design and construction, including over 30,000 square feet of speculative office space.  Cody has gained experience in our various sectors, including manufacturing, mission critical, and childcare. Cody is a designer who is always seeking ways to expand his knowledge and skillset to address the challenges ahead.

Dalvin received his architectural degree from Kennesaw State University. He is a creative, detail-oriented designer who is passionate about creative design. He utilizes his interest in art and graphic design to enrich his design skills. Dalvin’s current goal is to learn from the industrial sector and grow his technical experience. Dalvin likes to create designs that provoke thought and have an overall positive impact.

In his free time, he enjoys art, learning to play guitar, and going to the gym.

Daniela is a graduate of Savannah College of Art and Design with a Master of Architecture. She is working towards getting licensed and utilizing her experience to grow her leadership and communication skills within her team and the firm.

She effectively manages Industrial projects from inception through the project’s end. Additionally, she leads Childcare Center projects and Institutional facility renovations. She recently completed the Associated Builders and Contractors of Georgia Future Leaders Program and continues to seek growth within the Leadership Council at RPA.

David has thirteen years of experience focusing on industrial, distribution, and cold storage facilities. As a Senior Project Leader, He is responsible for coordinating projects from pre-design stages through project completion. David is able to coordinate complex projects and communicate design intents between owner, client, and engineers. With his experience and attention to detail he is able to see design issues prior to construction helping projects stay on track and to ensure the highest level of quality is achieved on every project.

As our Receptionist, Donna is the first point of contact for RPA. She is responsible for maintaining the front of the house and is also a big support for administrative efforts across the organization. In her free time, Donna likes to go horseback riding, and white-water rafting and she is SCUBA-certified.

With over two decades of experience in Interior Design, Heather brings extensive project experience spanning office, medical, dental, and childcare sectors. Serving as the Interiors Sector Leader at Randall-Paulson, she oversees projects from start to finish, facilitates collaboration within project teams, provides support to fellow Designers in the studio, and actively pursues new opportunities to grow RPA’s influence and reach. Heather is an active member of NAIOP, IIDA, and CREW.

Janet has twenty-nine years’ experience overseeing schematic design, design development, managing contract documents, and project specifications.  As a Senior Project Leader, she is responsible for coordinating and overseeing projects from conception to completion. Janet is well versed in the administration of construction contracts for a variety of building types.

Jeff has more than 15 years of experience working in a variety of roles, from initial client input meetings to on-site construction administration. As Senior Project Leader, Jeff leads and oversees the design process for manufacturing, industrial, and build-to-suit facilities. Ensuring that they align with client expectations, budget constraints, and local codes. He collaborates with cross-functional teams, including engineers, project managers, and clients to translate project goals into successful designs. He provides guidance and mentorship to others fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.

Jeff enjoys serving the community by volunteering with local STEM programs to teach and educate about Architecture. He is an Eagle Scout and also serves in his local church which provides a wide range of service opportunities.

Jesse Fosson, a true robust interior designer. His portfolio spans interior design, architecture, and construction, with a particular focus on crafting tailored solutions for the hospitality, corporate office, and industrial sectors.

Jesse isn’t your run-of-the-mill designer; he brings a cocktail of audacity and charm to every project, weaving narratives, and turning spaces into sagas of style. Jesse Fosson isn’t just a name; it’s a promise of design drama and cheeky charisma that turns the mundane into the extraordinary!

John has over thirty years of experience in the construction industry, with most of that time being design-focused primarily on industrial, manufacturing, cold-storage, and distribution facilities.  With a deep knowledge of and experience in tilt-up construction and design, he consistently seeks out opportunities to expand the practice and appreciation of tilt-up across all markets, and continually endeavors to inspire RPA designers to push the design limits of this building typology.

As a Principal, John takes a lead role in setting the strategic vision of the firm – not only in ensuring continued high client satisfaction but also in growing RPA’s client base, and geographic reach, as well as further developing the professional and design acumen of RPA’s architects and designers.  He’s an active member of AIA, NAIOP, TCA, USGBC, is NCARB certified and licensed in twenty-two states.

Outside of the office, John’s primary creative outlet is exploring color and texture as an abstract artist.  Other creative pursuits include photography, furniture design, music, writing, and the study of Stoic philosophy.  He’s a guitarist, an avid reader, and a constant seeker of new knowledge.

Jordan is a passionate designer that always has an interest in making the world better through design. He received his undergrad and graduate degrees in Architecture at Savannah College of Art and Design in 2015. As a Project Leader, Jordan is responsible for coordinating projects from pre-design stages through project completion. His experience allows him to coordinate complex projects and communicate design intents between owner, client, and engineers. With his attention to detail, he is able to see design issues prior to construction helping projects stay on track. In his free time, he enjoys many different hobbies including gaming with his wife Sarah, playing with his three dogs, playing guitar, and working out.

Kimball is a graduate of Mississippi State University School of Architecture. As a Junior Project Leader, she contributes to all phases of a project with a focus in our industrial sector. Kimball is a dedicated designer and manager who looks forward to actively expanding her knowledge and skill set in design and leadership.

In her free time, Kimball enjoys trying new food and spending time outdoors hiking on the weekends.

Korleigh has worked in Architectural design firms her entire professional career leading marketing, business development, and public relations. As Marketing Manager, she applies her creative skills and analytic expertise to craft and implement forward-thinking strategies for the firm. Korleigh is an active member of CREW Atlanta and the Society for Marketing Professional Services (SMPS). She brings a fresh approach, high energy, and a unique perspective focusing on what the firm has to offer.

Lexie is a dynamic team member known for her dedication and upbeat attitude. She holds a dual degree from her undergraduate studies and is currently honing her skills through a master’s program at Boston Architectural College.  With a clear vision of becoming a licensed architect, Lexie is focused on contributing to the growth and development of the Nashua office.

Her responsibilities encompass the full spectrum of project development, from initial design concepts to overseeing execution, across various sectors. Lexie specializes in industrial, government, and commercial projects, demonstrating a versatile skill set that she continuously enhances. She is driven by an appetite for innovation and excellence, striving to continuously expand her knowledge and proficiency in her chosen fields.

Lindsay is a Charleston native and University of Georgia alumni. Her design philosophy revolves around functionality. Although she aims to make every space aesthetically pleasing, her top priority is to enhance the user’s experience and improve their day-to-day activities through intentional design. She contributes to the industrial, office, hospitality, and commercial sectors. Her diverse range of experiences influences each of her designs.

Lisa is a licensed Interior Designer with more than 9 years of design experience. As a Project Leader, she oversees all phases of design, client communication, and consultant coordination.  Some of Lisa’s additional responsibilities include attending client meetings, RPA team member coordination, and forecasting. With her attention to detail, she is dedicated to delivering high-quality designs to every project. In her free time, she enjoys cooking and spending time with loved ones.

Luciano is a graduate of Florida International University. He contributes to all phases of projects including designing, modeling, and production of construction documents. Luciano is working towards his goal of getting licensed and believes in solving problems through design. With his attention to detail, he is dedicated to delivering high-quality designs to every project. In his free time, he enjoys metal fabrication and working on motorcycles.

Marcus has over 25 years of architecture experience, specializing in mixed-use, hospitality, and retail projects. As the Architect overseeing all commercial projects, he manages everything from feasibility studies to concept design and completion. His portfolio includes diverse project types such as master planning, breweries, hotels, mall retrofits, and mixed-use developments in walkable communities, demonstrating his expertise in historically sensitive areas.

Passionate about good design and creative solutions, Marcus serves as a source of inspiration for the entire studio. He frequently expresses his ideas through pencil drawings and watercolors, believing that good design should also be sustainable and promote health.

Beyond his work, Marcus actively contributes to his community. He served on the Advisory Committee for the City of Roswell Historic District Masterplan and was a longstanding member of the City of Roswell Design Review Board.

Melissa is a graduate of Greenville Technical College, Associate of Applied Science – Construction Engineering Technologies program. She is certified as a Construction Documents Technologist (CDT) with Construction Specifications Institute (CSI) and has over 5 years of experience. As a Specifications Writer, Melissa oversees all specification efforts for Randall-Paulson and has experience in many sectors including industrial, commercial, hospitality, government, K-12 and higher education, faith-based, and more. Her passion lies in the details and she works to ensure drawings and specifications are two pieces of the same puzzle.

In her free time, she enjoys crafting, traveling with her husband, and spending time with their golden retriever, Henry.

Osjalee is a Georgia Southern alumni with a degree in Interior Design. She contributes to all phases of projects including designing, modeling, production of construction documents, finish selections, project coordination, and project completion. She is an active member of RPA’s community service committee and leads the management of the design library.

In her free time, she loves to travel the world and visit different museums. She also enjoys working out, hiking, and trying different restaurants.

Rachel supports the architectural, interior design, and administrative staff. She is responsible for processing & maintaining shop drawing records, preparing & distributing transmittals, organizing site visit photos, field reports & pay applications, document coordination and other job-related correspondence.

Rob is a graduate from the University of Tennessee, College of Architecture and Design. He has been with Randall-Paulson Architects for ten years and specializes in the Industrial Sector. His projects range from speculative warehouse, cold storage facilities, and built-to-suit storage and manufacturing facilities.

He enjoys the industrial building type and working with concrete and steel to create unique and pleasing aesthetics to support his client’s vision. Rob’s strength is project management and he takes pride in seeing every project reach successful completion.

Robert oversees and manages all financial aspects of Randall-Paulson Architects. He is a graduate of Kent State University and has more than 30 years of experience – all in the architecture and interior design field.

Robert Ratliff is a graduate of Florida A & M University School of Architecture & Engineering Technology. As a Graduate Designer at RPA, his current focus is supporting projects in our Industrial and Healthcare Sector. Robert is dedicated and self-motivated to growing his knowledge in the architectural field. 

In his free time, Robert likes to stay healthy by playing basketball and running.  

Sabrina has over twenty-five years of administrative experience with twenty+ of those years in the Architectural Industry.  She is an Associate in the firm and has earned her Society for Design Administration (SDA) Fellowship.

In her role at RPA, she oversees administration operations for the firm.  Within that role, she is the contract administrator and office manager.  Throughout her tenure in the company, she has worked with marketing, finance, project administration, strategic planning, and leadership.  She is the Executive Assistant to the Principals of RPA and helps to maintain the Open-Book Management philosophy of the firm’s culture.

Outside of the Firm, she has served on a National Level for SDA, a local level for SDA, and many committee positions.

Tim serves as the Director of RPA’s Nashua, NH office with a focus on serving the Northeast.

He has a passion for challenging, detail-oriented projects that require an in-depth understanding of construction methodologies and design implementation. He enjoys thoughtful, well-crafted, earth-conscious architecture and brings that energy with him to every project. With over a decade of design experience, and additional experience working in the construction industry, Tim effectively coordinates diverse and complex projects including renovations, expansions, and new construction across multiple sectors, including industrial, retail, hospitality, healthcare, government, and office.

Tyler is a graduate of Roger Williams University. He supports multiple sectors with a specialized emphasis on industrial design. Tyler enjoys creating compelling building designs for clients, while also focusing on project details to ensure they meet RPA standards.

Off the clock, you’ll find Tyler diving into a whole range of hobbies, always eager to soak up every bit of life’s adventures.

Zahra has over two decades of design experience, she has successfully completed a wide range of interesting healthcare projects from lobby, exam and administrative space renovations to the design of entire new medical centers. As Healthcare Sector Leader, she oversees all healthcare projects and manages client relationships. Zahra is experienced in the full range of design services from programming to conceptual and preliminary design, through construction documents and construction phase services. In addition to her design qualifications, Zahra is an NCIDQ Accredited Interior Designer and a LEED Accredited Professional, and she incorporates sustainable design strategies in each of her projects. Among Zahra’s strengths is her attention to detail with a particular focus on the specific compliance issues in healthcare work.
