This 1,003,400 SF cross-dock distribution facility is located just off of I-85 three miles northeast of Atlanta. The building includes a center entry with a 2,600 SF marketing office and restrooms. The entry design features a two-story glass that allows flexibility in the design of a tenant’s atrium/lobby space. The exterior of the building incorporates the Exeter color scheme with a radiused entry canopy set between two monolithic fin panels. The warehouse includes dock levelers and a 36’-0” clear structure.
