This third-generation, family-owned real estate investment company moved into the upper level of a first-generation, two-story mixed-use development called Crabapple Mercantile Exchange in historic downtown Crabapple to begin a new chapter in keeping with the company’s rich tradition.

The original concrete slab was sealed and left exposed in most areas, which set the tone for the mix of old and new that defines this space. RPA used reclaimed wood to create one-of-a-kind sliding barn doors, floating ceilings, and vertical wall features that became the backdrop for the tenant’s collection of artwork. Light and airy finishes and clean-lined furniture feel crisp in this lofty industrial space.
