This project was designed to be a new mixed-use development in the heart of Roswell’s historic district. The 4.27 acres site includes 184,000 SF of buildings plus a 120,000 SF parking garage hidden by liner buildings. The development features retail spaces and restaurants around a green area, a food hall, and residential units enclosing the parking garage.

To minimize the scale and better fit the surrounding areas, the project density decreased from five-story at the core of the site, to three-story facing the streets. This design also allowed for connection to adjacent sites and future addition connections to the city grid.
