An Urban infill in downtown Roswell, Hill Street is a mixed-use building that spearheaded the revitalization of the Groveway area. The four-story structure has two levels of parking garages, restaurants, and commercial spaces! There are also 94 residential units surrounding courtyards placed on the three floors above.

This project went beyond meeting strict Historical District requirements by also meeting Roswell’s masterplan requirements, which were not yet adopted then. The building, which looks like a combination of smaller buildings separated by courtyards, is also steps to two-stories facing the street to reduce the scale.
