Located within the Business Park at Myles Standish in Taunton, Massachusetts, this 180,000 SF advanced manufacturing shell-to-suit facility was designed to provide a flexible, high-performance environment capable of supporting the needs of today’s advanced manufacturing.

RPA’s design balances the building’s industrial functionality with a strong architectural identity. At the prominent corner entry, Nichiha architectural wall panels introduce texture, dimension, and a refined material contrast to the larger industrial façade. The enhanced entry creates a distinct focal point and provides a more welcoming, human-scaled arrival experience while maintaining the durability and performance appropriate for a modern manufacturing facility. The facility features a 32-foot clear height, 8,000-amp electrical capacity, and five loading docks to accommodate power-intensive manufacturing operations and efficient material movement.

The completed project contributes to the continued transformation of the Myles Standish business park and supports Taunton’s growing position as a destination for innovation and advanced manufacturing.
