Located in downtown Roswell, this mixed-use building makes the most out of the narrow site and height constraints by splitting the building into sloped roof volumes connected by small flat roof sections. The front features a two-story brick-clad structure and looks like an old building allowing it to fit well with the historical context of the area.
The remainder of the building is placed over the parking area and is more transitional in appearance. The structure has been carefully located to preserve an enormous tree between the building and the street. The parking area sits 6’ below street level, so it’s hidden from view without the need to excavate a below-grade garage.
