This mid-rise mixed-use building is to be located in the heart of Roswell’s Historic District. The project features commercial spaces located on the ground floor facing the street and a mix of one and two bedrooms residential units on the floors above. The structure has a parking garage core that is screened by the residential building on all sides. The facade looks like a group of buildings rather than a single one to reduce the scale and seamlessly integrate into Roswell’s urban fabric.
