This award-winning planned community consists of retail, office, and multi-family housing located across Seven Farms Road from the Family Cup Tennis Center on the main entry road onto Daniel Island. Traditional materials, details, and proportions are design qualities that are characteristic of Charleston’s rich historical context and provide a unified look to the development. RPA provided design services for several retail mixed-use buildings within the village core providing urban conveniences such as:

• Specialty retail
• Office space
• Several eateries
• A well-established pedestrian and cyclist link to this mixed-use development and other areas of local interest has been created to provide for a multi-modal system of connectivity throughout the island.
