This is one of several projects that RPA has collaborated with Evans General Contractors for international manufacturing clients. Designers used ElringKlinger’s company colors for the exterior and interior, including a neutral grey color pallet and clean modern design to unify the office space. The office is divided into the corporate office and warehouse support spaces, including a break room for over one-hundred employees and restrooms with locker/ restrooms. Individual offices include glazing open to the open office to allow light and connectivity between managers and employees. Conference rooms include millwork with a sink. The open office areas also include private phone rooms. Large spans of glass allow for daylighting throughout the open office as well into the warehouse.

This tilt-up concrete manufacturing and storage building is 39’-9” clear and includes pits with manufacturing equipment in the crane bays. There are process support spaces for the manufacturing equipment. The warehouse is designed for future expansion to the rear of the property. There is both interior raw and finished product storage as well as exterior scrap storage.

The main multi-operational office that provides several collaborative open office workspaces. There are additional shipping/receiving offices in the loading dock area and a warehouse office.
