These two prominent buildings are located within the Mall of Georgia Overlay District and the City of Buford, which have a high level of required architectural elements. The buildings feature thin brick veneer embedded on concrete tilt-walls, a brick form-liner pattern at the wainscot, and continuous EIFS cornice at the front façades. The entrances are emphasized with tall glazing and scored reveal lines cutting through the concrete. Both buildings boast large metal canopies at the entry with steel rods tying back to the concrete walls.
