MetroAtlanta Ambulance had a single goal in mind when engaging Randall-Paulson – to take all their programs at their multiple facilities spread around Marietta, Georgia and place them under one roof. This build-to-suit project is a 60,000 SF facility and incorporates a 911 Emergency Call Center, an ambulance maintenance shop, a large lecture hall and training center in addition to facilities that cater to the needs of the EMT’s. A dynamic plan with asymmetrical walls was utilized to organize the multitude of programs and seamlessly combine the needs of the MetroAtlanta team while creating an enjoyable work environment. The building will operate 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

• Several conference rooms and a large room for hands-on training
• Theater-style lecture hall with tiered seating
• Spacious main lobby entry
• Nurse’s Station and private offices
• Break area with a large open seating plan
• Medic Lounge with seating area and built-in workstations
• Industrial design with exposed structure and high-volume daylit spaces
•  A covered ambulance parking area and ambulance wash bay
• Stone accents at entry with a custom angled entry canopy
