National Blood Testing Cooperative (NBTC)  is a new blood testing cooperative organization created by nine blood centers, with a mission to provide at-cost infectious disease and confirmatory testing on donor blood and plasma for local community blood bank donations for the Eastern half of the United States.

Designed with expansion in mind, the 19,200 SF build-out includes an open office, board conference room, locker room, 10,000 SF laboratory, and supporting spaces and also includes the following features:

• 200kVA Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS)
• 12,000 CFM Air Handler for 100% Outside Air, Humidity Control, and Pressurized Rooms with Pressure Monitors
• Air Compressor with Desiccant Dryer
• Deionized Water Loop
• Hänel ColdCell Refrigerated and Frozen Vertical Carousel Storage
• Roller Conveyor Package Delivery Table
• Emergency Shower, Eye Wash, and Handwashing Stations
• Drive-up Ramp and Edge of Dock Leveler, high-pile Racking and Guardrails
