New Salem 85 Logistics Center is 636,000 SF speculative industrial building located in Jefferson, GA. The building is conveniently located near I-85 and has three access points from the main road with dedicated circulation drives. The cross-dock speculative distribution center is a load bearing concrete tilt panel design with a 36’-0” clear height and has drive-in ramps at four locations. There are office entry points located at opposite corners of the building to allow for multiple tenants. RPA also designed the 3,300 speculative office build-out located at the northwest corner entry.
