Coastal ambiance inspired the renovation design for this retail center. Sloped roofs, board and batten siding, and soft colors create this fitting look.

Features of the new design include:

• Elements that communicate small-town warmth
• Variations of color and form that create coordinated interest in the center
•  A new Publix Store as major tenant.

The dated center had space for new construction as well as a need for renovation. Strict local design review board regulations and review comments were challenging to meet, however, the result is quite pleasing.
