This project is an adaptive reuse of an original metal warehouse into a new modern brewery. A portion of the existing building was designed to have walls and ceilings removed but leave the metal structure framing in place to surround the social beer garden. The design also repurposed the building’s existing rusted roof panels on new exterior canopies, bringing instant patina to this reinvented space. Movable glazed openings were designed to maximize the connection with the exterior garden and can remain open when weather permits.
