The design for Roswell Market Place features an ambitious mix of elements and bold color choices. The existing center, on a key intersection in the City of Roswell, did not draw attention due to the monotoned brick choice for all buildings and dated overall appearance. With Randall-Paulson’s design elements and color selections, they have made one shopping center feel as if it is a small village filled with many shops.

Two buildings were demolished to make way for new outparcel pads. The remaining center is a mix of renovated and new construction.

Features of the new design include:

• New façade designs which create a variety of coordinated but unique looks in the center
• Unique color combinations for finishes highlighted with bright awning fabrics.
• Accommodation for Sprout’s and new incoming tenants.

Randall-Paulson has received numerous complimentary comments from the public.
