RPA spearheaded this renovation of a 2,700 SF commercial building located in the heart of the Roswell Historic District. The concept was to create the look of an early 20th-century warehouse that was converted into a brewery.

Design features include:
• Vintage industrial-looking structure with tumbled brick exterior veneer, corrugated metal, and period lighting.
• Custom steel windows and overhead doors.
• Two-story tasting area with open mezzanine storage/display area.
• Exposed Wood and steel roof structure with clerestory and exposed concrete floors.
