West Alley will create much-needed greenspace and a pedestrian experience that will offer more walkability and connectivity with the Historic District.

The mixed-use development and boutique hotel in downtown Roswell’s Historic District is being developed by True North Companies. The Kimpton brand boutique hotel will be operated by HEI Hotels & Resorts. This project is intentionally designed to serve as a destination brand catalyzing long-term economic growth.
